- Support tickets are retained for internal operational history, even if your account is deleted
7. Data Retention
- Accounts inactive for 2+ years may be archived for security and space management
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings dashboard
- Support content (e.g., tickets) is retained as part of our system history and not associated with deleted accounts
- Free users: Recording data is not saved and is immediately discarded after each session
- Former Pro users: If you downgrade to free, your historical data remains viewable but new recordings are not saved
8. Emails and Communications
- You may receive reminder emails as part of the core service
- Optional product updates or new feature announcements are only sent if you explicitly opt in via a checkbox
- You may unsubscribe at any time via your settings or a link in the email
- New users: Email updates are now opt-in only (not automatically enabled)
9. International Users
If you use our services from outside the United States:
- Your data may be stored or processed in the U.S.
- We comply with applicable international privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable
